Let's see, where are we...7 weeks?
Hey, remember that time when I was all, "Oh, being pregnant isn't that bad?" Yeah...about that.
This, too, shall pass, but that's kind of what I'm afraid of...sure, it'll pass. Like a kidney stone passes.
I'm kind of sad that I never lost the last 10 pounds of the Luke weight. I still look 3 months pregnant. I guess now I'm just hoping that it's not cumulative. If I look 6 months pregnant at 3 months, I quit.
It is SO much easier to be pregnant at home than pregnant when you're working full-time. Holy cow. Taking care of one cuddly, affectionate, low-key, routine-loving toddler is NOTHING like getting up at 6 am every day to go sit on 200 rowdy 14 year olds. There are definitely things I miss about working, but the havoc it wreaks on my body is not one of them.
Perhaps my opinion on this will change once there are more rugrats running around here, but seriously? When people say that stay-at-home-moms work just as hard as working moms, they're wrong. They're just 100% wrong. I've been on both sides, peeps, and the math doesn't add up.

Ok. I don't know if you realize that I still read this blog. But I do. So I just have to say. YAAAAYYY!!! BAAAABYYYY!!!! You're pregnant! Congratulations!! And I never lost the last 10 Naomi lbs either. I always said that I looked 3 months pregnant until I was 3 months pregnant and then it pretty much progressed normally from there. And I feel like it all came off easier the 2nd time around. All in all, I do feel like the 2nd pregnancy is easier, even being a SAHM the 1st time around. But, yay! Congrats! Can't wait to hear more about it as you go!!
