made it!

As far as I'm counting, anyway. Easter isn't for, what, two more weeks?, but I started this thing more than 40 days ago, so in my eyes...hooray! I gave up blogs and Facebook for Lent! Seriously, I haven't touched the things since the middle of February (well, other than to read Scott's Facebook news feed over his shoulder once in a while), which is quite the accomplishment for yours truly. I think I have about 600 posts in my Google Reader inbox right now...hahaha.

Naturally, though, I had to go out with a bang, so what did I do? I created a new blog. Good grief. What does this make now, seven? In my defense, though, this was at the request of a professor I talked to today. It's something we (i.e. my fellow English Ed majors) have been talking about doing for a long time--a blog where we can post/share lesson plans and the like. See it here: byuenglished.blogspot.com.

I'm still off Facebook, at least until I get the cherry on top of my independent study classes (still have three finals to take...tomorrow). Wish me luck!
